What is Bunny Haven Cafe?
Bunny Haven Cafe is a cozy, interactive bunny lounge where guests can book guided sessions to spend time with friendly, rescued rabbits in a calm, supervised environment.

Is this a traditional café?
No—this isn’t a full-service café. We offer prepackaged drinks and snacks at the front of the lounge, completely separate from bunny interaction areas.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes! All bunny sessions are booked in advance to ensure a comfortable, uncrowded experience for both guests and bunnies.

How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 45 minutes.

Is this kid-friendly?
Yes! Children are welcome, but all kids 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Are there age restrictions?
We recommend this experience for children who can follow gentle handling instructions and remain calm around animals.

Can I bring my own rabbit?
For safety and health reasons, outside animals are not permitted.

What if my child doesn’t follow the rules?
Our staff will guide interactions, and we reserve the right to end a session if safety rules are not followed.

Where do your bunnies come from?
All of our rabbits are rescues through our partnership with Kind Heart Rescue.

Do you sell bunnies?
No. We do not breed or sell rabbits. Our mission is to support rescue efforts, educate guests, and help facilitate responsible adoptions through our rescue partners.

Are the bunnies safe to interact with?
Yes! Our rabbits are carefully selected based on temperament and comfort with gentle human interaction.

Are the bunnies ever forced to interact?
Never. All interactions are guided and supervised. Bunnies can hop away, rest, or take breaks at any time.

Do the bunnies get overwhelmed or stressed?
We prioritize their wellbeing above all else:

• Limited session sizes

• Scheduled rest/decompression time

• Rotating bunnies (they are not in every session)

• Private retreat spaces

How do you keep things clean?

• Separate areas for food and animals

• Frequent sanitizing between sessions

• Hand hygiene required before and after interactions

• Litter-trained rabbits and controlled environments

Is it sanitary to have animals and snacks in the same place?
Yes - our snack area is completely separate from bunny interaction spaces, and we follow strict cleanliness protocols.

How much does it cost?

• Weekdays: $25 per person

• Weekends: $28 per person

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable.

Can I book a private session?
Yes! Private sessions are available and must be booked in advance (subject to availability).

Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes! We offer a variety of packages to fit different needs, including options for birthday parties as well as other private events.

Is there parking?
Yes! There is public street parking available, as well as a free public parking lot within approximately a 5-minute walking distance. A paid parking garage is also located nearby. We recommend arriving early to allow time to find parking before your session.

Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required for all guests entering the bunny interaction areas for cleanliness and safety. You’re welcome to bring your own, or you can purchase a pair at Bunny Haven Cafe upon arrival.

Do I need to complete a waiver?
Yes, all guests must complete a waiver prior to entering the bunny interaction areas. To ensure a smooth check-in, we recommend completing your waiver in advance before you arrive.

Minors must have a parent or guardian complete their waiver.
