Thank you for visiting Bunny Haven Cafe. Our mission is to provide a calm, safe, and enjoyable experience where guests can interact with rescue rabbits in a respectful environment. Because animals are living creatures with unpredictable behaviors, all guests are required to read and sign this waiver before participating.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that interacting with animals involves inherent risks. While Bunny Haven Cafe takes reasonable precautions to maintain a safe environment, I acknowledge that:

• Rabbits may scratch, nip, bite, jump, or react unexpectedly.

• Slips, trips, falls, allergic reactions, or other minor injuries may occur.

• Clothing and personal belongings may become dirty or damaged during normal interaction with the animals.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly accept all risks associated with my visit.

Guest Responsibilities

To help protect both guests and rabbits, I agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by Bunny Haven Cafe staff.

• Handle all rabbits gently and respectfully.

• Never chase, restrain, pick up, or force interaction with a rabbit.

• Allow rabbits to approach voluntarily.

• Use quiet voices and calm movements while inside the experience areas.

• Supervise all children in my care at all times.

• Immediately notify a staff member of any injury, accident, or concern.

I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in my party being asked to leave without a refund.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities at Bunny Haven Cafe, I voluntarily release, waive, and hold harmless Bunny Haven Cafe LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, rescue partners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising out of or relating to my participation, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or injuries resulting from interaction with animals, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Photography & Video Release

During your visit, Bunny Haven Cafe may photograph or record guests for use on our website, social media pages, advertisements, educational materials, and other promotional content.

By signing the waiver, I grant Bunny Haven Cafe permission to use photographs and video recordings of myself and any minor children listed below without compensation.

Guests who opt out will be provided with a wristband upon arrival so our staff can easily identify them.

Minor Children

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of all minor children listed below, or that I have authority to sign this waiver on their behalf.

Acknowledgment

By completing the waiver, I acknowledge that:

• I have carefully read and understand this Guest Liability Waiver.

• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting Bunny Haven Cafe.

• I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• I understand that this waiver applies to myself and any minor children listed above.

• I certify that the information provided is accurate.

Waiver Validity

This waiver shall remain valid for one (1) year from the date signed and will apply to all visits to Bunny Haven Cafe during that period unless revoked in writing by the guest or replaced by a newer version of this waiver.

Bunny Haven Cafe reserves the right to require a new waiver at any time.
